As of March 1, 2026, White Township states that its legal notices are posted on the Township website and through the New Jersey Secretary of State statewide legal-notice portal.

Current township forms include dog licensing, OPRA requests, solicitor permits, landlord registration, land-use and zoning forms, farmland assessment, recreation field use and employment applications.

For in-person transactions, use a public location when practical, tell someone where you are going and avoid carrying unnecessary cash.

Do not post account numbers, government IDs, passwords or other sensitive personal information in a public classified listing.

Inspect merchandise, confirm ownership when appropriate and be cautious with deposits, gift cards, wire transfers or requests to move payment outside normal transaction methods.

Pet and livestock posts should comply with New Jersey animal-welfare, licensing, health and transfer requirements that apply to the species and transaction.

Verify authenticity before purchasing event tickets, collectibles, electronics, equipment or other items that are commonly counterfeited or misrepresented.
