A roughly 32-acre millpond along Waterworks Road. The lake is used for quiet-water recreation and has a small car-top canoe/kayak launch area near the historic pumping-station site. Conditions and access can change, so check local signage before launching.
The creek and connected wetlands are central to Quinton's landscape. Respect private property, posted access rules and seasonal conditions when fishing, paddling or exploring.

Historic & Rural Character
Quinton Township was incorporated in 1873 from portions of what was then Upper Alloways Creek Township. The village center, old transportation routes, the Alloway Creek corridor, agricultural lands and historic sites along Salem-Quinton Road continue to define the township's identity.
The township's planning documents emphasize retaining rural character, protecting farmland and environmental resources, supporting appropriate economic activity, and identifying scenic and historic resources.
