Manchester property rule: a homeowner or tenant may place one personally owned, currently registered vehicle for sale at the residence, subject to Township requirements for legal parking and sign size. Permitted DaysTownship guidance states garage sales are permitted Friday, Saturday and Sunday, plus Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day and Labor Day when those holidays fall on a Monday.
Permitted HoursManchester states garage sales must be conducted between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
