The Robinson Plantation House is undergoing an active restoration program involving the roof, timber framing, chimney and exterior finish work. The Clark Historical Society continues to preserve and interpret the property, but visitors should confirm current museum access before making a special trip.

Clark has enough dining depth to cover an entire visit locally: diners, pub food, Italian, Portuguese barbecue, sushi/Japanese, Thai, Mexican, kosher deli, pizza, bakery, coffee, ice cream and multiple Clark Commons restaurants.
The Garden State Parkway runs through Clark, while Raritan Road and Central Avenue connect the major commercial areas.
Clark has no NJ TRANSIT rail station. Nearby stations include Rahway, Cranford, Linden and Westfield.
