Housing, jobs & services

Housing

Roommate notices, rentals and property-related postings should clearly identify the municipality because Southampton/Vincentown postal addresses can cross municipal boundaries.

Employment

Use the dedicated Southampton Jobs page for hiring resources and current public-school openings.

Local services

Residents can post service needs, but commercial directory listings belong on the Business & Shopping page so businesses are easier to find.

Safer classified transactions: Meet in a suitable public place when practical, verify high-value items before payment, protect personal information and be cautious with requests for deposits, gift cards, cryptocurrency or overpayment refunds.
